The familiar comfort of adrak chai, with a bright ginger kick and a deep black-tea base. Inspired by the unhurried tea rituals of Palampur in Kangra, Himachal Pradesh. Add 2 g tea to 100 ml water. Simmer for 2 minutes, add 100 ml milk and simmer for another 2–3 minutes. Strain and sweeten to taste. Available in 100 g and 250 g packs. Images show illustrative packaging.
