A leaf tea rooted in Palampur, in the Kangra Valley of Himachal Pradesh. Brew a clear amber cup and enjoy its rounded character on its own, or with a little milk to suit your taste. Use 2 g tea per 200 ml freshly boiled water at 95°C. Steep for 3–4 minutes, then strain. Adjust the steeping time to taste. Available in 100 g and 250 g packs. Images show illustrative packaging.
